MOM'S QUICK AND EASY BANANA
PUDDING
 
2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 can (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
Vanilla wafers
Bananas
1 1/3 c. water

Whip cream but do not sweeten; set aside. Combine milk, vanilla and 1 1/3 cups water; blend into pudding mix. Fold in whipped cream. In a 10 inch dish place a layer of vanilla wafers. Top with layer of sliced bananas and a layer of pudding mix. Repeat layers, ending with pudding mixture. Crumble vanilla wafers over the top. Refrigerate. Makes 6 servings.
