1 carton Cool Whip
3 bananas
Vanilla wafers
1 lg. box Jello instant vanilla pudding, prepared following directions on pkg.
1/2 gal. French vanilla ice cream, softened

Slowly blend ice cream into pudding with electric mixer on low. Blend well. Place a layer of wafers in dish, then a layer of bananas, then a layer of pudding mixture. Repeat. Spread a layer of Cool Whip on top. Then finely crumble some wafers on top as a garnish. Store and serve chilled.
