GREEN BEAN CHEESE PUFF 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onion
3 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Muenster cheese slices, cut into strips

In 10 inch skillet over medium low heat, heat butter and cook onion until tender, about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile in bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper with a fork until well mixed. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes until egg mixture is set. Cut into wedges.
