Family loved this easy to make taco soup. It will be a winter favorite.

I love this soup, but I like a little more juice so I add about one to two cups water.

We love taco soup also. I leave beans out and double corn and add hominy. We eat over rice and tortilla chips, put grated cheese and sour cream. Delicious!

Makes an awesome dip and freezes well!

I made this for a while. I use pace picante (medium hot) for the rotel. I like it hot but wife won't let me.

What is dry Ranch seasonings? I'm assuming it's a pack of Ranch dressing, but I know the Hidden Valley comes in dressing form and also in dip.

I have made this recipe numerous times. The only thing I do that is remotely different is I don't drain the corn or beans and I do pulse the tomatoes briefly only because my family does not like chunks of tomatoes. The flavors are spot on!

My two guys have eaten this but I haven't. Going to try tonight. Can it be frozen if you make too much?

This is a great soup - the only thing I add for a little extra kick is a small can of diced jalapenos. So yummy!
