ANGEL FOOD SURPRISE 
Angel food cake mix (Betty Crocker)
3 oz. strawberry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries (partially thawed)
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Bake plain angel food cake mix. Cut crosswise, making two layers. Dissolve Jello in hot water; stir well. Add strawberries. Put in refrigerator until almost set. Whip 1/2 pint whipping cream and fold in Jello mixture. Let set in refrigerator until firm (about 1/2 hour). Spread between layer of angel food cakes. Frost rest of the cake with the mixture. Refrigerate until served. Serves 8 - 10.
