ANGEL FOOD TORTE 
1 lg. angel food cake (cake mix works best)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. real chocolate chips
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1 pt. whipping cream

Melt chocolate chips over hot water. Stir in 4 beaten egg yolks. Cool. Beat egg whites and cream. Fold into cooled chocolate mixture. Break angel food cake into pieces. Using a 9 x 13 inch pan layer cake pieces and chocolate mixture, about 2 times or more. Save some sauce for top. Keep refrigerated.
