1 pkg. Duncan Hines angel food cake mix
1 c. + 1 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. water
Few drops yellow food coloring
1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Mix angel food cake as directed on package except use water, orange juice and yellow food coloring instead of water listed on package. Add grated orange peel to flour mixture. Bake and cool according to package directions.
