FRENCH TOAST 
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar
Scant 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend a few seconds. Dip slices of bread (preferably not fresh bread) into batter and fry on buttered griddle. This is enough batter for about 12 slices of bread.
