BULLDOG BRITTLE 
8 whole graham crackers
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
1/2 cup sugar

Break graham crackers into fourths. Place in foil lined 10x15-inch baking pan, leaving space between crackers. Sprinkle pecans over top.

Melt butter and margarine in top of double boiler. Add sugar. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes exactly. Pour over graham crackers and pecans. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand until cool. Break into pieces.
