GRAHAM CRACKER BRITTLE | |
1/3 box honey grahams, broken into fourths 1 c. chopped pecans 1 1/4 stick butter 1 stick butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Spread graham crackers on ungreased cookie sheet with sides. Crumble pecans on top of grahams. Melt butter and butter in saucepan; add sugar and vanilla, then boil for 2 minutes. Pour butter mixture over grahams and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool 2 minutes, then use spatula to scoop from pan and place on wax paper. |
