BULLDOG BRITTLE 
graham crackers
pecans, chopped
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup sugar

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Cover bottom of lined cookie sheet with whole graham crackers (break into sections, if necessary, to completely cover bottom of cookie sheet). Sprinkle pecans over graham crackers.

Melt butter and butter in boiler. When melted, add sugar and boil for 2 minutes (no longer). Then pour sugar mixture over pecans and crackers. Bake at 325°F for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool. Break into pieces.
