CRACKER BRITTLE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
Club crackers

Line jelly roll pan with foil, then place full of Club crackers. Bring butter, sugar, and pecans to boil on top of stove; cool for 2 minutes. Spoon over crackers in jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; watch closely because it will burn easily.
