TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
3-4 c. cut up cooked turkey
1/2 pkg. cooked spaghetti
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can whole mushrooms
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. cream or milk
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. slivered almonds (opt.)
Parmesan cheese

Ring a greased casserole with spaghetti noodles. Put the turkey in the middle. Combine soup, mushrooms, grated cheese, cream, wine and almonds. Cover turkey and noodles with sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
