TURKEY (CHICKEN) TETRAZZINI 
5 c. chopped turkey
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 c. canned milk
1 green onion, chopped
1 lg. jar pimiento, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
1/4 lb. grated sharp cheese
1 (8 oz.) box spaghetti

Mix white sauce with butter, flour, salt and milk. Add to the sauce the pimiento, onion, turkey, mushrooms and some of the cheese (reserve some for topping). Cook spaghetti in turkey stock or bouillon. When tender, drain, add to sauce mixture.

Place in large casserole and place grated cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
