CHICKEN OR TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. spaghetti
Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle of paprika

Melt butter in pan over low heat. Add soups and mushrooms. When thoroughly mixed, remove from heat and add sour cream and chicken or turkey. Place back on stove to keep warm, stir often. After spaghetti is cooked until tender in boiling water, drain and add to above. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish and add mixture topped with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yields six servings.

Excellent meal using turkey leftovers! I used TWO cans of the soup and fresh sliced mushrooms. I cooked the fresh mushrooms in the soup/butter mixture to soften them before mixing in the other ingredients. Also used a bit more Angel Hair pasta so I had enough to feed my family.
