CHICKEN OR TURKEY TETRAZZINI | |
1 stick butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey 1 sm. can mushrooms, drained 1 pt. sour cream 1/4 lb. spaghetti Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese Sprinkle of paprika Melt butter in pan over low heat. Add soups and mushrooms. When thoroughly mixed, remove from heat and add sour cream and chicken or turkey. Place back on stove to keep warm, stir often. After spaghetti is cooked until tender in boiling water, drain and add to above. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish and add mixture topped with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yields six servings. |
