CHICKEN OR TURKEY TETRAZZINI a

3 tbsp. butter
2-3 c. diced chicken or turkey, baked or broiled
1 med. onion
2 c. broth
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 1/3 c. bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese, grated
Spaghetti, slightly cooked
Paprika
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. bell pepper

Heat butter in saucepan; saute onion, celery and bell pepper. In bowl combine the onion, celery and bell pepper with the mushroom soup, salt, pepper, half of the bread crumbs, mushrooms and half of the cheese.

In casserole dish, layer spaghetti, top with chicken or turkey. Pour contents of bowl over the spaghetti and chicken or turkey. Be sure that all is covered. Layer remaining bread crumbs; layer remaining Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle top of casserole with paprika. Bake at 350-400 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Yields 4-6 servings.
