TURKEY OR CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
8 oz. can mushrooms, drained
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. turkey or chicken broth
1 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt (optional)
Dash of pepper
3 c. cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

In large skillet, cook mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter. Add to spaghetti.

In same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter, blend in flour. Stir in broth. Heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, add cream and seasonings. Pour 1/2 oz. sauce into spaghetti and mushrooms. Stir turkey or chicken into remaining sauce. Turn spaghetti into well-greased 8x12 inch baking dish.

Make a hole in the center. Pour turkey or chicken mixture into hole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
