CHICKEN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg. cut spaghetti or macaroni
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 can tomatoes, drained
1 can mushrooms
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 lbs. or more chicken, cooked & cubed
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup

Saute onions, celery, pepper in 1 or 2 tablespoons butter. Add next 5 ingredients and simmer. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth that the chicken was cooked in. Drain. Combine all ingredients and pour into casserole and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Freezes well.
