APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot Jello
1/2 c. sugar
3 3/4 c. boiling water
2 c. miniature marshmallows
3 to 4 thinly sliced bananas
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Dream Whip or whipped cream
Nuts (optional)
Cheese

Combine Jello, sugar, boiling water. Let stand until cool. Add bananas, marshmallows, pineapple and nuts. Place in glass bowl, pan, etc. (Makes a lot.) Chill until firm.

Mix and cook; sugar, flour, egg yolks, pineapple juice, butter until thick. Remove from heat; add cream cheese, mix well. Whip Dream Whip (or cream) and add to cooked mixture. Spread over top of set Jello. Top with grated cheese.
