APRICOT/ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. orange Jello
2 oranges
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. can apricots

Mix 2 packages Jello with boiling water; cool. Peel one orange, leave the peeling on the other, put in blender along with the can of (drained) apricots. Add sugar. Mix with the cooled Jello. Set overnight.
