APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) apricot Jello
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Stir Jello in UNDRAINED pineapple in medium pan. Bring to a boil. Let boil 2 minutes. Let set to partially gel. Beat in buttermilk. Fold in whip cream. Pour into mold.
