APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. can apricots, drain well, reserve liquid
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drain well, reserve liquid
1 lg. or 2 sm. pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. combined apricot and pineapple juices
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows or lg., cut into pieces

Combine above, pour into a 9x13 inch dish and refrigerate.

TOPPING:

1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. mixed juices
1 pkg. Dream Whip or 1 c. whipping cream

Beat egg, then in a saucepan combine egg, sugar, flour, butter and juice. Heat until thick, stir frequently. Let cool. Whip Dream Whip or cream and blend into cooled mixture. Spread over Jello and sprinkle with grated cheese.
