WINTER FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, unsweetened
1 (16 oz.) can "light" fruit cocktail, drained
1 apple
1 orange
1 grapefruit

Core apples. Peel orange and grapefruit and separate into segments. Cut fruit into bite-size pieces. Mix fresh fruit with the pineapple and fruit cocktail. For a larger family, use a large can of fruit cocktail, pineapple, 2 apples, 2 oranges and 2 grapefruit.
