CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello vanilla pudding, not instant
1 c. minute rice
1/4 c. raisins, optional
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Pour into serving bowls. Makes 10.

For creamier pudding cover with plastic wrap while cooling. Can be served warm or cold.
