ROUND STEAK IN MUSHROOM SAUCE 
1 lg. round steak
10 oz. can mushroom soup
1/4 c. very strong beef stock
2-3 tbsp. dried onions
1 tsp. dried parsley or 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 onion, sliced

1. Remove any visible fat from steak and cut into 4 servings pieces. Place in a baking dish.

2. Combine soup, beef stock, onion flakes and parsley and pour over steaks.

3. Place vegetables on top.

4. Cover and bake at 300 degrees F. for 2-3 hours.
