STEAK IN MUSHROOM SAUCE 
1 lb. round steak
Cooking sherry
Cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. sour cream

Cut steak in strips. Brown in butter. Add 4 tablespoons cooking sherry. Simmer 10 minutes. Add soup and simmer on low 2 minutes. Before serving add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
