MUSHROOM STEAK 
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. beef boneless round, tip or chuck steak
1 tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper sauce (splash)
1/2 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained

Mix flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle both sides of steak and pound in. Cut into 4-6 serving pieces. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet. Cook beef, turning once, until brown. Add onion. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over the beef. Heat to boiling and reduce heat. Cover and simmer until beef is tender, about 1 hour.
