1 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. grated cheese

Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Grease 10-inch pie pan. Brown beef with onions. Drain off fat. Spread beef in pie pan. Beat milk, eggs and baking mix 15 seconds on high or 1 minutes with hand beater (until smooth). Pour into pie plate Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese, then bake about 8 minutes more or until knife inserted comes out clean.
