MOM'S CORN PUDDIN' 
2 (15 oz.) cans corn
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

In 1-quart casserole, whip together eggs, evaporated milk, sugar, salt and pepper. Drain corn. Stir corn into casserole dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 6-8 servings.
