1 yellow cake mix, prepared according to pkg. directions, pour into prepared 9 by 13 inch pan.
4 c. rhubarb, cut up, sprinkle on top of cake batter
1 c. sugar, sprinkle on top of this
1 pt. whipping cream, drizzle on top of sugar

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Refrigerate.
