1 lg. can peaches
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. water

Pour undrained peaches in 9 1/2 x 11 baking dish. Add 2 cups water and 1 cup sugar and stir. Pour dry cake mix over peaches (do not stir). Melt butter and pour evenly over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
