CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
3-4 lbs. chicken pieces, rolled in flour and browned in 1/4 cup butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. celery flakes or a little celery
1 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water (more if desired)

Mix all together and stir, then add pieces of browned chicken. Put in pan or large casserole. Cover until last 15-20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Easy!
