CHICKEN CRUNCH 
1/2 c. cashew nuts
4 c. chopped chicken
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. or cans mushroom soup
5 oz. chow mein noodles

Mix together with 1/2 cup of Chinese noodles on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
