CHICKEN STIR FRY | |
1/2 c. cold water 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken, cut in bite-size pieces 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix or vegetable of choice Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl and set aside. Precook frozen vegetables to desired tenderness. Brown chicken in hot non-stick pan for 1-2 minutes. Add cooked vegetables and sauce. Turn heat down to simmer. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4. |
