GRILLED POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes
2 med. onions
1 stick butter
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Onto a large piece of heavy duty foil, shave 1/2 stick of butter. Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick onto foil. Add sliced onions. Salt and pepper all generously. Shave the other half of the stick of butter on top and seal. Close securely and lay packet on grill. About every 15 or 20 minutes, turn packet, shaking it each time. If fire is right, this should cook in 35-40 minutes. Pierce packet with fork to check doneness.
