AU GRATIN POTATOES 
1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter
5 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish. Combine 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. May use crushed potato chips in place of corn flake mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
