AU GRATIN POTATOES 
5 lb. raw potatoes, sliced
1 med. chopped onion
1 med. green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 soup cans half and half (cream)

Put sliced raw potatoes in a greased 4-quart casserole. Add onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Mix together soup and half and half cream. Pour over potatoes and stir. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees in covered casserole.
