POTATOES AU GRATIN 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cracker or corn flake crumbs

Combine all ingredients except crumbs. Mix lightly. Pour into 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Microwave Directions: Substitute 1 1/2-quart for 1-quart casserole dish. Combine all ingredients except for crumbs. Pour into dish. Microwave on HIGH 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Microwave 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
