DIRTY RICE 
1/2 c. butter
Bell pepper (optional)
2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 onion, chopped
Fresh mushrooms
2 bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. sage

Pour 1 cup regular cooking rice in a greased dish. Pour sauteed vegetables in dish with rice and stir. Add 2 cups water with 2 bouillon cubes dissolved plus 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoon sage. Stir. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until rice is done.
