GRAHAM CRACKER COOKIES 
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
1/2 c. white sugar
Nuts (pecans or almonds)
Graham crackers

Completely cover the bottom of a jelly roll pan with layer of graham crackers; set aside.

Melt butter and butter. Add sugar and boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over graham crackers. Sprinkle generously with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes. Will be very bubbly. Remove and let cool on foil sprayed with Pam. This cookie tastes like brittle toffee. If they don't turn out on first try, try again.
