GRAHAM CRACKER COOKIES 
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. cream
Dash salt
2 oz. bitter chocolate
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar to proper consistency (about 1 1/2 c.)

Melt butter and chocolate in small pan in microwave or double boiler. Add cream while still warm. Add vanilla, powdered sugar and salt alternately until mixture is of frosting consistency (about 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar). Frost graham crackers and make sandwiches of the crackers and frosting. It depends on how thick the sandwiches, how many cookies it makes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
