CHOCOLATE AND CHERRY RING 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda, use tad more
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can Wilderness cherry pie filling
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts

In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Use a measuring cup to beat together eggs and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Will be in a ball. Add chips, nuts and cherries last so the cherries don't get torn apart.

Turn mix into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool. Sift powdered sugar over top if desired.
