OCRACOKE BAKED FLOUNDER | |
1 c. potatoes, sliced 1 onion, sliced thin 4 lb. flounder 4 slices salt pork or bacon Rub fish inside with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with pepper and flour. Place in baking pan. Cover with water and put in potatoes and onions and place salt pork or bacon on fish. Bake 50 to 60 minutes according to size of fish at 350 degrees. |
