SPICY BAKED WHOLE FLOUNDER 
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Texas Pete
1 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil leaves
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. onion powder
2-3 lbs. flounder

Combine the spices and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Split the flounder on both sides and partially filet meat away from bones. Baste large fish generously.

Bake 25-35 minutes in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees or until meat is flaky. Recipe should handle 2 large flounder. A feast for eight!
