CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 whole chicken breasts or chicken cutlets
1 c. chicken broth
1 pt. sour cream
1 an creamed soup - mushroom or celery
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/4 lb. butter

1. Stew chicken; reserve broth, cut up chicken. Toss with sour cream, soup and mushrooms.

2. Turn into casserole dish.

3. Melt butter in chicken broth and mix with stuffing.

4. Top casserole with stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can freeze!
