NO-BAKE BUTTERSCOTCH BARS 
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. coconut, shredded
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. butterscotch chips
2 tbsp. peanut butter

Melt butter. Add sugar beaten together with the 2 eggs. Boil mixture slowly for 2 minutes. Let cool. When cool, add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, nuts and marshmallows. Press into a 9x13-inch pan. Top with butterscotch bits melted with peanut butter.

Variation: Substitute half the butterscotch chips with chocolate chips.
