IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 clove garlic (crushed)
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp. parsley

Dip chicken breasts in melted butter and crushed garlic clove. Mix Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and parsley together. Dip buttered breasts in bread crumb mixture. Roll up from small end to large and pin with toothpick.

Mix 1/3 cup lemon juice with remaining butter used to dip breasts in. Spoon over chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 55 minutes or until light golden brown.
