IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Dip chicken into butter then into dry mixture. Be sure each piece is well coated. Arrange pieces so that they will not overlap in a shallow baking dish. Pour remaining dry mixture and butter over chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
