IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 c. dried bread crumbs
1 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt

Dip chicken in butter. Mix dry ingredients, then roll buttered chicken in mixture. Place in baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
