Fill with your favorite ice cream, mound in center. Cover with whipped topping. Freeze. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges to serve. Top with guests choice of liquers (coffee flavored brandy, creme de menthe, black berry brandy, etc.)
